The perfect candidate will have a minimum of two years of Life and Health Insurance Experience, This position is customer service focused and requires a candidate with a passion for service, high energy, phenomenal communication skills, both verbal and written, strong belief in customer advocacy, positive attitude, a team player, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a meticulous attention to detail. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle a fast-paced environment and complete a large volume of work daily
Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' requests and problems.
Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, and complete service requests
Respond quickly and accurately to customer requests (i.e. policy loan requests)
Identify Cross-Sell Opportunities
Manage accounts by tracking and following up frequently to ensure the customer is completely satisfied
Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services
Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries and any planned adjustments.
Input all information into proprietary software system
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Work effectively within office team
Conduct job function in a manner that promotes a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
Carry out all position expectations in a professional manner and with minimal supervision.
Support the firm's core values and basic principles
Adapt to change in a continuously evolving environment
Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Two years of Life and Health Insurance Experience is essential
Self-starter who is organized & detail-oriented Position must handle detail-oriented work and possess good problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt as issues arise
Ability to independently prioritize workload Computer knowledge - Microsoft Suite
Ability to navigate CRM software
Excellent verbal and written skills
Team player with a positive attitude
