Job Designation
The Assembly Supervisor is responsible to manage the operations related to the assembly and test of aircraft wheels and brake assemblies. This position is also responsible for directing production associates with continuous improvements in cost containment and throughput times while maintaining optimum quality.
Job Core Responsibilities
The Assembly Supervisor will manage all aspects of the day to day manufacturing process including production schedules, efficiencies, product quality, and associated manufacturing personnel.
Must possess leadership qualities that support effective communication with everyone in the operation. And must be able to lead shop project teams involving multiple functional team members.
Responsible for creating and implementing objectives for scheduled completions, cost control and quality standards. They will also be responsible to ensure that management of the company is informed of production status on a regular basis.
Responsible to ensure that the entire production work force is properly motivated while creating a positive work environment.
Ultimately responsible for all departmental personnel issues (interviewing, hiring, discipline, absenteeism, conflict resolution, performance appraisals, etc.) for all individuals in the production environment.
Must have strong working knowledge of manufacturing management, manufacturing methods, inspection standards, equipment, tools, facilities, and computer systems/software.
Must promote safety and environmental health at all times.
Will have other tasks properly assigned as necessary.
Job Specifications
Education: Minimum of an Associates degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Management or the equivalent is required.
Training and/or
Experience: Minimum of 3 years manufacturing management experience and experience in the manufacturing or assembly area. Must have strong working knowledge of computer skills, including utilization of Microsoft Office Suite.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
