The Director of HR Business Partnerships works closely with key business managers to develop people strategies that allow us to attract, develop and retain top talent across the range of software engineering, IT, strategy, and product functions. The role reports to the VP Human Resources.
As a strategic partner, the HR Partner supports the business in their HR needs. The HR Partner serves as a resource to the business in solving complex HR issues. A successful HR partner works across multiple levels of management and employees to identify HR issues and partners with the business to utilize systems and develop processes to create sustainable solutions that drive organizational performance. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities supporting the business, the HR Partner will take ownership of key initiatives and driving projects to completion.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
Build strong employee value propositions that attract, develop, reward and retain top talent.
Consult with line management providing HR guidance such as organizational design and change programs when appropriate.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies that drive organizational performance
Manage and resolve high level employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
May assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
Provide guidance and input on unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.
Identify training needs for units and individual coaching needs. Provides management coaching and advice, especially around managing in a rapidly growing and changing environment.
Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
In exchange, you will bring:
10 - 15 years of HR Partner or Generalist experience in a technology environment.
Global experience preferred
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state employment laws.
Exceptional relationship building skills in order to gain support and achieve results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent project management skills.
Action orientation and comfort with very fast pace and rapid change.
Flexibility to interact with employees at all levels.
Self-directed and motivated.
Relevant industry experience a plus.
Ability to travel internationally on occasion.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
