Assist Customers with questions on equipment types, prices, specifications and operation of equipment.
Travels to field installation sites to install, checkout, calibrate and delivering training of equipment.
Calculate treatment mixtures.
Calibrate liquid dry and seed associated with the seed treater operations.
Test and troubleshoot equipment locally and on Customer sites.
Perform updated training for existing equipment systems.
Communicate programming requirments to engineering and engineering vendors.
Collaboration with Engineering, Sales and Customers on equipment system projects.
Travel 60%25%20of the time and sometimes more depending on the season.

Provides customer satisfaction by ensuring proper installation, training and operation of equipment which allows customer to acheive financial gains thru use of product.
Proper training and support minimizes equipment failures and customer service emergencies.
