We are currently looking for a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator at our Warehouse facility office located in Paragould, Arkansas.
Enter Goods Receipt Transactions for all Amsted Rail Axle Purchase Orders into SAP
Axis, International, Subcontracting
Create SAP Outbound Deliveries for all Amsted Rail Axle Shipments
Generate Outbound Delivery Paperwork
Generate Axle Certifications and Prepare Material Certification packets for all shipments
Track and Generate all SAP goods movement transactions to subcontractors
Cycle Count Amsted Rail Axle Inventory and report all discrepancies
Assist Operations Manager as needed
Work directly with Third Party Logistics to maintain excellent communications and inventory accuracy
Insure all outbound loads are packaged and secure according to Amsted Packaging procedures
Visually inspect inbound loads for damage
Work directly with International suppliers on shipping paperwork errors
Work directly with Amsted Shared services to identify and help resolve all AR and AP issues
Coordinate and track all warehouse activities
HS Diploma or equivalent.
Basic math and reading skills.
Basic computer skills, including accurate data entry.
Excel, MS Word, Scanning, Cut & Paste JPEG & PDF
General Understanding of Computer Systems Directory Structure
MS Outlook
Good judgment and organizational skills.
Clerical experience preferred.
