Beltone, a global leader in hearing healthcare, is currently seeking dynamic and motivated Hearing Instrument Specialists to join our local Forsyth County team at an entry level sales position.
Proven training curriculum will be provided with an industry leader (Almost 75 years in business nationally and 50 years locally)
Position will involve seeing patients in our offices in Forsyth County and surrounding areas, as well as attendance at Health Fairs and screenings
Your main objective as an HCP will be to professionally manage the patient process to include scheduling, testing and fitting prospective hearing impaired individuals, as well as appropriate paperwork to perform these tasks. You will also work to obtain goals and targets, which have been set according to the plan for any particular location. You will also help ensure repeat and referral business by creating an outstanding experience for every customer.
This position requires state licensure - you can work as an apprentice under a licensee in the office but it will require taking and passing a state exam after one year of work, so some study time outside of work will be necessary

Strong sales background
Outgoing personality
Good communication skills and customer service skills
Must have the ability to communicate test results both in writing and verbally
Must be able to present a professional appearance.
Candidate must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time throughout the day when required.
The candidate must have good dexterity in both hands
