Will be solely responsible for Employee Relations, Investigations and Performance Management, might get pulled in to Rexcruiting from time to time. Seeking someone very Entrepreneurial, as this company is. Must be diplomatic enough to push back, but still drive change. They hired 3300 people last year and opened about 15 new locations. This person will be handling issues with Executives down to the guy working in the back room of an RV center. Travel is about 30%
The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Travel is about 30% to the stores. Looking for someone someone high energy, dynamic, and can make organization out of chaos!
They have a Good Samaritan day where all employees must take one day (paid) to go out and help others in need once a quarter.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
