Purpose and Summary of position:
Responsible for delivering BL variable margin that meet or exceed short term targets and the annual plan
Focus the team on key growth opportunities and provide Global Pricing guidance driving contribution margin, setting segmentation targets and business rules
Understand the influences on product pricing in each region and develop pricing options to maximize profitability
Utilize Pricing and Gross Margin tools to ensure customer pricing and profitability are in line based upon size and strategic importance
Product portfolio management - including SKU optimization that reflects the strategic goals and changes needed for new product implementations
Prepare and maintain annual AOP and monthly /quarterly forecasts for sales revenue and earnings
Actively track sales prices, sales volumes and margins against budget and forecasts and develop actions in collaboration with sales and marketing
Oversee Supply Chain process to align demand with capacity for customer satisfaction, optimal earnings and TWC goals
Translate the marketing strategy to operational plans and actions with the Sales force
Required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
6-8 years of experience
BA/BS - Technical and / or Business
Strong analytical skills
Ability to see the whole picture
Global agility
Able to effectively communicate with peers and level up persons internally and externally
Able to make tough decisions
Financial skills - ability to understand impact of business decisions
Desirable
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
In depth knowledge of business line products, manufacturing processes, product specifications and critical performance attributes
Experience in Sales, Marketing, Procurement, or Supply Chain
Commercial skills - negotiation, extracting value for the company, understanding the value chain, understanding customers, suppliers and competitorsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
