This position must be located in our Indianapolis Headquarters office.
The Executive Recruitment Director will network, source and recruit executive level talent for the company nationwide. This person will work with company leadership and their HR business partner to fill positions quickly and effectively while keeping diversity recruiting and internal high-potential talent in mind. This individual will also work closely with our external executive search firm vendors where needed and manage the search process as a liaison between these partners and the hiring leader. Additional areas of responsibility include:
Continuously reach out to executives to develop and build relationships to ensure effective working relationships.
Work closely with executive compensation to ensure appropriate compensation packages are developed, approved, communicated and processed for the candidates.
Work closely with HR Vice Presidents and other HR professionals on strategies of the divisions and internal political or sensitive issues with regard to executive and other searches.
Prescreen all candidates to ensure hiring leaders meet only with a pool of highly qualified candidates.
Ensure candidate pools have considered succession plan, leadership development program participants and diverse talent.
Attend to all details of searches on behalf of the hiring leader such as researching and preparing the offers, negotiating the offers with the candidate, and ensuring all of the details in the offer letters have been approved and reviewed prior to being mailed.
Responsible for the process from beginning of the search to onboarding so that newly hired leaders have a primary point of contact for all their questions.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Full immersion in our company, business, and leadership competencies.
Familiarity with all key business leaders and their current and ongoing talent needs.
Contribute towards development of a top talent database; partner with business leaders, HR business partners and other members of the talent acquisition leadership recruiting team to identify top sources of talent and maintain a database of talent from those sources for future open position needs.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of external vendor partners to contribute towards the organization's ability to identify top leadership talent and to continue to infuse more diverse talent into active candidate pools.
Bachelor's degree in HR-related field or the equivalent in training and experience. Master's Degree preferred.
Requires 5 years of experience partnering with executives and/or executive search.
Preference for candidates with experience in an HR management role, coaching, strategizing and supporting executives.
Prefer team management experience.
Other requirements include:
Strong knowledge of Employment law.
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to communicate well at the executive level.
Strong relationship building skills with the ability to quickly garner the trust and respect of high level executives and executive level candidates.
The ability to coach and educate executives on a regular basis.
Professional polish with the ability to represent the company nationally at the executive level.
Applicant tracking system experience.
Computer sourcing skills and experience.
