- Assemble in compliance with UTAS standards - Operate test and assembly equipment - Operating small tools/equipment - Navigate within SAP MRP System - Component identification - 5S and housekeeping - Ensure all safety standards are adhered to - Find, report and correct EH&S discrepancies on a routine basis - Recommend improvements to material, process flow and information flow - Overtime will be required during the week and weekends as the needs of the business dictate - Understand ever changing MFG requirements and the means of achieving those metrics - Understand internal customer requirements - Promotes and supports company policies, lean culture and teamwork environment - Other duties may be assigned as required to meet business needs
