The purpose of this job is to be responsible for and assist with forecasting financial results and budgeting of revenue and expenses for the company. This position will be a business partner to the leadership and finance teams, providing support and guidance on a broad range of company goals and objectives.

Essential Functions:
Key Accountabilities:
Forecasting
Model projected sales, cost of sales and plant expenses
Work with various department leaders and senior leaders along with key company team members to gather financial data and investigate results, projections or solutions to issues
Analyze variances between forecast and actual financial results
Monitor and improve reporting processes
Budgeting
Build the budget for the company and related subsidiaries
Work with senior leaders and various personnel throughout the company gathering and compiling data
Analyze the accuracy of data gathered and follow up with key personnel throughout the company
Assist with analyzing budget vs. actual results
Build and report key financial metrics
Monitor and improve budget processes
Other frequent duties:
Assist teams related to
general ledger account set up and analysis
M&A; activities
government reporting
contract review and support
Analysis on financial results
Recommend process improvements in reporting
Assist with investor relation presentations, on weekly, daily or quarterly basis
Perform other duties as assigned
JOB
Qualifications:
Education Required : 4 year bachelor's degree - Accounting, Finance, or related degree
Experience Required : 0-2 years
Skills Required :
Advanced Excel skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Extensive math skills
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Special skills or knowledge preferred:
JD Edwards

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
