DUTIES: Provide technical expertise in support of pre-sales activities. Work with EMC Technical Consultants in the analysis and design of EMC technical solutions for customers. Support the EMC Sales Team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies and produce account specific EMC product and service sales plans. Configure and document EMC software, hardware and service solutions to meet customer requirements and sales objectives. Assist with presenting the design and value of proposed EMC solutions and business cases to customers, prospects and EMC management. Support EMC Sales and Technical Consultants in qualifying sales opportunities in terms of customer technical requirements, completion requirements, and funding. May be assigned to projects that utilize ScaleIO, VPlex, Celerra, DataDomain, ViPR, SRM, and VBlock. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Comp. Sci., Engin(any), Business, Math, Physics, or related technical field. 24 months experience in job offered or computer related occupation. Education or experience must include: 1) VMAX, 2) DMX 3) Clariion, 4) XtremIO; 5) Isilon; 6) Symmetrix; 7) Mirrorview/SnapView; 8) SanCopy; 9) SRDF; 10) Open Replicator; 11) Open Migrator; and 12) PowerPath. Experience may be gained concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
