Situation
Our client is the Senior Project Manager for the Retail Banking client's Non-Deposit group. This group is focused on LENDING, specifically in SBA, Construction Loans and Business Loans. The client has turned to M Squared Consulting for immediate training resources to meet a tight project schedule.

The training audience includes 2,200 system users and will focus on a new tool for bank staff as they interact with customers in the KYC/KYA process.The client would like to launch a pilot in early February 2015 for an audience of approximately thirty users. Ideally, the company wide training will be initiated by February 28, 2015. All training must be completed by March 31, 2015, based on a new timeline by the FDIC.

Responsibilities
Our banking client is looking for 2- 4 Instructional Designers/Content Developers to work on a training project for a major compliance initiative. The consultants will partner closely with the bank's project management, training and technology teams to develop training materials under very tight-deadlines.

Specific Responsibilities will include:
Work with Branch Subject Matter experts who will provide overview of regulatory compliance requirements.
Organize and develop content into logistical training order
Capture screen shots to import into training tool (likely WebEx and Articulate)
Help facilitate/deliver pre-recorded, remote training

Industry Experience
Banking experience helpful but not required

Functional Expertise
Experienced Instructional Designer
Strong writing skills and content development skills
Familiar with instructional design tools (e.g. WebEx, PowerPoint, Articulate)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight-deadlines
Collaborative, team-player

Logistics
On-site in our client's San Ramon, CA offices for approximately 4 months. Due to the speed of deployment, we can only consider local resources.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
