_ABOUT THE POSITION_
We are currently seeking a dynamic Provider Relations Representative to join our team at our office in Rocky Hill CT. The Provider Relations Rep will provide administrative, analytical and technical support to the Director of Customer Service and Provider Relations. He/she works with the Director to facilitate proper communication between the Contractor and the Provider community as well as maintain/administer provider information.
_Position
Responsibilities:_
_Maintain all provider information and provider updates on the Partnership website._
_Respond to provider questions. Instrumental in the updating and publishing of FAQs, Provider Handbook as well as applicable P&Ps;_
_Alerts providers of modifications in the Provider Handbook and any P&Ps; and/or provider requirements._
_Develop newsletter twice a year._
_Interface with designated individuals from various departments regarding specific provider issues._
_Build and maintain the Provider File._
_ Assist in the development of a Geo Access study and density report at least quarterly_
_Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned._
_Position Requirements:_
Education _: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, plus minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Extensive experience with detail oriented projects, strong computer skills, and customer service experience preferred._

Experience: _Previous experience in the behavioral health or health care industry preferred._

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
