Enjoy a guaranteed $13.50 base/appt. pay, as well as an opportunity to earn more $$ through commission. Representatives receive pay regardless of if a sale is made, which keeps the pressure off, and there is NO start-up cost. We only promote from within, which means you can work for just the holidays and gain valuable short-term experience, or advance within the company and secure yourself a summer position.
Experience isn't necessary - we'll provide you with initial and ongoing training - but a desire to build your communication and interpersonal skills is absolutely required! Of course, conditions apply &
At the end of January, representatives are coached on how to apply their experience to their resume and in an interview. Our students also have the opportunity to attend a sales and leadership conference in January, which, lets be real, can NEVER hurt the resume.
My Vector experience provided a perfect complement to my classes. I was able to apply the theoretical information from school to a real world, professional opportunity.
