ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Provide medical information with high quality customer service
Research and respond to inquiries and documents appropriately according to company and client guidelines
Identify and record adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs)
Provide after hours, on call clinical trial information support as needed
Process medical information requests via mail, fax, e mail, etc.
Additional duties as assigned
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Associates degree in Nursing
2
years of nursing experience
Hold current, unrestricted RN license in the state of North Carolina
Solid communication, customer service and organizational skills
