Duties and Responsibilities
:
Respond to customer request for service and/or supplies within allotted time
Deliver and pick up different size packages including boxes that requires a team lift
Monitor, schedule, and prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction
Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
Work in a high performance team environment
Build and help strengthen strong customer relationships
Consistently adhere to business and safety procedures and guidelines
Take direction from Lead, Supervisor or Site Manager as required
Prepare and ship outgoing pouch mail daily; maintain volume logs
Required Qualifications
:
Minimum of 1 year experience in basic maintaining/troubleshooting of printers or copiers (key operator)
Minimum of 1 year customer service related experience
Strong communications (written and verbal) and customer relation skills
Highly developed interpersonal skills and telephone skills are required
Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
Strong planning, scheduling, and prioritization skills
Computer skills in email environments, MS Word, Excel or similar programs
Must be able to lift and/or move item up to 40 lbs. or maximum allowed by state law, with or without accommodations
Standing for long periods of time and/or significant walking, with or without accommodations
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
