Essential duties and responsibilities involves the following. Other duties may be assigned. In executing functions, duties or tasks, employees are required to know and follow safe work practices, and to be aware of Company policies and procedures related to job safety, including safety rules and regulations. The Systems Administrator will establish guidelines and methods for the installation and management of the host computer operating systems, disk arrays, fiber channel switches, tape libraries and other components. The qualified candidate will have the duty to execute ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
