Summary:
This is a skilled position requiring the employee to perform a variety of office support functions.
# Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Answering phones, typing, filing, data entry, copying, preparing, shipping, and distributing courier packages, composition and editing correspondence, etc
Procurement and accounts payable.
Operate office equipment including, but not limited to:telephone switchboard, computers, copiers, fax machines, printers, etc
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred:Word, Excel, etc
Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
Knowledge of basic office practices and protocol.
Other duties as assigned per supervisor.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Knowledge of Command Alkon, Internet software, Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
