The successful candidate will execute the responsibilities of a merchandise handler in the Harvard, IL Cross-Dock department. The Team Leader will assist the department Supervisor in monitoring associate performance and managing work quality. Team Leader will support Supervisor in communicating company policy and procedures among team members and ensuring team members adhere to stated policies and procedures. It is the task of the Team Leader to work directly with associates to establish and foster a strong working relationship related to warehouse functions. She/he will also help the Supervisor in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of work completion to ensure a high level of Member service.
