Process Engineer - Blast Furnace Process Control Specialist

This position will administer the U.S. Steel Safety Program to ensure a safe work environment within the assigned facility.
Perform a full range of process control duties in the blast furnace area including material movement, mass and energy balances, instrumentation analysis, and troubleshooting. Learn and/or understand the steelmaking process. Review, revise and update procedures. Analyze complex process data, and make recommendations to fine tune operations. Work directly with operating and maintenance personnel to solve problems involving safety, environmental and process issues in the blast furnace. Conduct data analysis and report generation. Will supervise other Process Engineers.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Metallurgical Science, Chemical Engineering or similar fields of study or equivalent experience working in the blast furance technology environment.

years experience required
Process engineering experience in manufacturing industry is highly preferred, as is knowledge of industrial safety standards and environmental regulations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
