Due to our continuing growth, we are now interested in adding a Human Resources Administrator/Supervisor to our fine family of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Human Resources policies and procedures are administered fairly and consistantly throughout all levels of the organization.
Directs the activities of hourly staffing, workers compensation administration, general labor relations, benefit administration, and other duties associated with the support of the HR function. This position is responsible for coordination of the Company's efforts toward a safe working environment. This position is responsible for the coordination of new hire orientation and training.
Requirements
Four years of increasing responsibility in the Human Resource field is preferred.
Prior training experience.
Strong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Prior payroll experience (Kronos and ADP) preferred.
Basic knowledge and understanding of rules, regulations, compliance methods, and technology as it pertains to safety and health.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
o Knowledge of office administration procedures.
o Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
o Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
o Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
o Ability to maintain a high level of confidentialityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
