Chief Executive Officer for a small not for profit rural community
critical access hospital, licensed for 25 beds. Must have strong
physician relations, outgoing with strong interpersonal
skills, community involvement, experience with critical Access preferred.
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the provision of effective hospital-wide day-to-day operations, effective financial operations, and for the planning of strategic initiatives. S/he is responsible for ensuring provision of an effective Plan for the Provision of Patient Care, and implementation of an effective and ongoing program to monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of patient care and non-clinical and financial operations. S/he is also responsible for the development an implementation of operational policies and for the enforcement of board policies.
The CEO is responsible for excellent communications and management of resources.
1.Ten years managerial and supervisory experience in hospital nursing management;
2.A bachelor degree in a business discipline is required; a masters degree in a business discipline or in hospital/healthcare administration is preferred.
3.Minimum 5 years CEO experience
4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with people at all socio-economic and organizational levels.
6.A hands-on approach to management duties.
7.An understanding of the principals of organizational behavior, healthcare finance, human resources, and healthcare and the ability to use this knowledge to effectively manage and be a good steward of public resources.
8.Demonstrated knowledge of community healthcare economics.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
