Some of the responsibilities will include: directing the maintenance, repair and upkeep of owned properties, handling shipping, overseeing custodial work, organizing the safety program and committee, and acting as the primary emergency contact.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in corporate facilities role
Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of small mechanical and repairEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
