Job Responsibilities TASC is seekingSenior Systems Engineersto join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. These positions will be located at Clearfield, Utah 84015.
Put your years of experience into a future of excellence as you maintain critical components of the nation's strategic deterrence. Under the Ground Subsystem Support Contract, TASC will support communication systems used to deliver critical messages from mission planners and operational authority to the ICBM Weapon System. These systems must be maintained through normal operation as well as through upgrades and modifications to keep the systems viable through their planned life cycles. These systems have been in operation for numerous years and there are many opportunities to develop solutions to keep it operational in support of the ICBM mission.
Roles and Responsibilities (include some or all of the following):
Manage the communication system requirements
Identify lifecycle risks and issues and proposing solutions
Define requirements for subsystem modifications/upgrades
Perform systems engineering functions throughout modification process
Manage electrical/mechanical interfaces
Use results of modeling and simulations to predict performance
Evaluate System Performance against requirements
Perform analysis of available data to determine system errors
Configuration Management
Information Assurance
System Security
Development/Revision of technical support documentation
Provide Logistics and Supply Chain Management support to ensure continued viability of system
Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
BS in engineering or physics with 10
years or MS in engineering or physics with 8
years engineering experience with complex systems engineering
5
years' experience with system engineering processes (e.g., requirements development for new system, requirements analysis and management, design development and review, configuration management, interface control, information system security)
Experience with DoD 5000 Acquisition Process
Must have a current Secret security clearance
Basic computer use skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
MS or PhD in engineering or physics
Prior ICBM weapon system experience

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
