Job Details:
Functioning under the supervision of Central Intake Specialist RN. Receives incoming calls from referral sources and potential patients/clients. Supports the Central Intake Specialist RN in the following capacities: accepts referrals and schedules patient/client for an assessment visit. Maintains a working knowledge of services and resources available, and assists with performance improvement activities.LPN or RN with currentIllinoislicensure required.Home Health experience preferred.Basic knowledge of governmental home health agency regulations and Medicare/Medicaid regulations preferred. Excellent problem solving, organization, decision making and communication skills required. Computer literacy required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
