Proper phone etiquette (treat customers with courtesy and respect)
Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
Multi-Task (agent will be working paperwork while on the phones)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel,Outlook, Word) and computer literate
Time Management skills (attendance and call taking)
Must have call center experience
Quick learner and detailed oriented
Reliable
Ability to answer at least 14 calls/hr
