Technical Ladder/PNM PM Supplier Rep (Tooling)
Minimum Job Relevant Knowledge
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and related processes
Basic understanding of tooling and equipment schedules and process
Good communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
Understand how to create and manage to specific schedules and targets
Duties/Responsibilities
Ensure all tools and equipment have a detailed schedule to achieve project maturation expectations and delivery timing through Maker Layout confirmation and Data Issuance, Tool Schedule assessment, GO Release activity in coordination with HRA, and GO Release to suppliers
Ensure that all tools and equipment are at the correct Design Change level based off project/event expectations through the advance application process out source sub-assembly process, design change management process.
Ensure that all tools and equipment are at the correct Design Change level based off project/event expectations through the advance application process, out source sub-assembly process, design change management process.
Ensure all tools and equipment have no impact on NM event delivery timing Effective and efficient communication is shared through Part Recovery Summary activity and Emergency Design Change activity to the entire New Model Team
Ensure that all costs requests for maturation concerns or design change application are assessed and approved per the project expectations through either compensation requests management and/or trail part quote activity
Ensure all task management areas of focus are completed by training associates, continuous development and improvement of the specific task, crating/managing schedules per project plans, and ensuring project targets and requirements are met.

Minimum Job Relevant Experience
Hands-on manufacturing environment (2-5 years)
Degree/Certification Required
College Degree Preferred
High School Degree - minimum
Required Skills
Advanced knowledge in the areas of injection molding tooling and/or interior automotive components
Background in developing and communicating to suppliers
Exceptional Computer Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Problem Solving
Presentation/Communication Skills

Additional Work Factors
Environment candidate will be working in: Office, On-Site/Supplier
Estimated amount of overtime (hrs/wk) 4-6 hours/week
Frequency, average duration of travel: 3-4 trips/month (2 day-trip)
Training plan: 3 weeks of classes
