Overview:
The Part-Time maintenance person will perform a wide variety of duties related to the maintenance and repair of our facilities, equipment and fixtures. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at 1225 Mid Valley Dr., Jessup, PA.
Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Performing preventative maintenance on conveyors, motors and gears.
o Responding to general verbal or written requests to perform duties both inside and outside the building with little or no supervision.
o Troubleshooting malfunctions to hydraulic and electric machinery, such as conveyors, forklifts and other types of mechanical equipment.
o Performing a variety of tasks involving dexterity, mobility, use of hands and tools.
o Performing other related duties as requested by Manager.
POSITION
Qualifications:
The skills and qualifications required for this position include:
o Ability to demonstrate Company values of Ambition, Innovation, Integrity, and Teamwork
o Be able to lift 70 lbs consistently.
o Ability to perform frequent bending/reaching/stooping as well as constant walking/standing/climbing.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
o A valid driver's license.
o Previous maintenance experience is preferred
o Ability to pass the required drug test (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
