Position Description
POSITION:Manager, Talent Integration & Development
LOCATION:Horsham, PA
BASIC PURPOSE/SCOPE:
Manager, Talent Integration & Development is responsible for all associated personnel recruitment, integration, and development activities as well as additional required support functions as deemed necessary by upper management. The position involves travel as needed to assist in coordinating corporate and regional recruiting activities and to act as a liaison between Corporate BBU and across BBU regions. Will report directly to Sr. Manager, Talent Integration & Development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
Responsible for performing research, conducting in-depth interviews and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers utilizing recruiting standards for Director-level and up, Regional Corporate roles, hard-to-fills, New Plant recruiting, University recruiting, and developmental positions.
Will work closely Sr. Manager, Talent Integration & Development, HR Leaders and other internal business leaders to set the vision and direction for attracting talent across BBU and externally.
Develop, manage and coordinate recruitment strategies and activities. Work with BBU leadership to ensure the business' talent acquisition objectives and metrics are being correctly established and met.
Ensure aligned, proactive and supportive recruiting for the businesses.
Conduct research and analysis to make recommendation on recruiting practices and to assess effectiveness of initiatives.
Proactively deliver a pipeline of qualified talent for future leadership roles through university relations and intern programs.
Advance the diversity strategy of inclusion working closely with HR and functional leaders to develop, implement and drive BBU diversity and inclusion strategies and objectives company wide.
Collaborate with HR leaders to determine and deliver on all associated training priorities i.e. People fluent, BBU talent, Profiles, LinkedIn and other recruiting tools.
Provide training to HR field and hiring managers on sourcing, selecting and hiring talent as well as for the utilization of hiring processes and tools.
Provide regular People fluent reports to HR leaders identifying areas needing improvement to become compliant with OFCCP guidelines.
Develop, review, and revise best-in-class recruiting policies and procedures.
Collaborate with Compensation Manager and Hiring Manager to determine best candidate offer.
Participate with the continuous process improvement project team; goal is to incorporate CI into new hire on-boarding processes.
Ensure continuous recruitment process improvement, by enhancing People fluent ATS system and share best practices to align with the talent strategy of the business.
Inspire confidence and capture the trust and respect of the BBU leadership team, HR peers, and internal talent to create cohesiveness throughout the company.
Provide exceptional candidate and internal customer experiences to continually reinforce affiliations and corporate objectives.
Manage and coordinate BBU's recruitment partners, vendor relationships and career job-sites as well as negotiate corporate contract pricing with the appropriate parties
Position Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in any related area.
Minimum of 5-7 years' work experience in the HR environment or staffing, recruiting industry.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Must have working knowledge of an ATS system.
Working knowledge of sourcing tools, i.e. LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc.
Advanced knowledge of recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, relationship management and basic employment law preferred but not required
Also required are data entry, strong analytical, organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment under time constraints.
Flexibility in responding to unanticipated situations
The ability to communicate in person and virtually by using appropriate written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, ever changing environment

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
