A Product Specialist will provide knowledge and expertise on products to both Neiman Marcus clients and sales associates, while also providing superior service and consistently exceeding our clients' expectations. Knows the product line, becomes an expert of that line to further educate customers, sales associates and other product specialists ? Have knowledge of daily and monthly sales goals and trends, product information, and general business ? Performs daily organizational and housekeeping of entire counter and stock area ? Effectively communiates with department manager and vendor on a regular basis ? Accurately completes sales using POS system according to established procedures and uses the company based clientele system to retain customer information ? Assist customers in an enthusiastic and professional manner; provides outstanding customer service. The Product Specialist must also focus on establishing, developing and maintaining customer relationships and being a team player ? 35 hours per weekEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
