Responsibilities include performing a variety of clerical and accounting duties. Ability to accurately and professionally communicate both orally and in writing. Must have ability to handle multiple assignments with varying degrees of urgency and have the ability to meet the public. Requires previous office experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in the operation of computer programs (Excel, Word). Typing, good organization skills, and good communication skills are necessary. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently. This position will be for the Woodward, OK area.
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal English communications skills.
Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines.
Demonstrate basic computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer including Microsoft Office applications. Able to learn company specific applications.
Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts.
Detail oriented and highly organized.
Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with multiple, sometimes changing priorities.
Preferred:
Advanced working knowledge and application of Microsoft Office applications.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma and some college or 3-4 years related experience.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degreeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
