The Manager, Accounting will be expected for leading areas of the general ledger close and fulfilling monthly financial reporting and compliance requirements. The Manager, Accounting will maintain strong working relationships with finance staff in other locations and manage a group of senior level and junior level accountants. In addition, (s)he will be tasked with special projects. The position holder will execute due diligence related to mergers/acquisitions and any consolidations processes from an accounting perspective, coordinate information exchange and conversion monitoring and process testing. Manager, Accounting is responsible for performing specific merger related accounting functions in order to ensure purchase transactions/entities are properly accounted for.
Requirement
5 or more years of accounting experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting
