GENERAL MANAGER - High Volume Restaurant and Music Venue

Restaurant General Manager needed in Gulf Shores, AL for a very high volume restaurant and music venue concept.
Qualifications:
2-5 years GM experience ( or AGM who is ready for next step as GM) in a high volume, corporate casual restaurant setting of $6M or higher (i.e. Hard Rock Cafe, Clyde's, etc.)
Past experience in an independent setting is a plus
Must have high energy, a positive attitude and have swagger
Must be very personable and viewed as a leader, someone who others who can learn from
P&L Knowledge
Experience with systems and structure
Must be an independent thinker and have an ownership mentality
Stability as defined as no more than 2 employers in the past 5 years
High School Diploma or higher education
