Project Coordinator will be responsible for supervising the monthly resource forecast across all active projects. Project Coordinator will train new managers/project managers on their forecast/budget responsibilities within GTMS. It is the duty of the Project Coordinator to execute variance analysis of monthly actuals. Further Project Coordinator will support business operations lead in forecast submission to Finance. Project Coordinator will communicate weekly Labor Reports for GTMS. Additionally Project Coordinator will Track monthly accruals for submission to accounting. Project Coordinator will also drive resolution of forecast issues.
