Ag Processing Inc a cooperative has an opening for an enthusiastic and organized Receptionist. This position will report to the Regional Controller and support the staff at our St. Joseph, MO location.
Responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the organization by answering incoming telephone calls, paging managers, taking messages and transferring calls to the appropriate personnel. The successful candidate will also answer inquiries and obtain information for the general public, customers, visitors and other interested parties while multi-tasking to assist with other office functions. The AGP Receptionist will also be cross trained for various other accounting duties such as A/P in this dynamic role.
A High School Diploma and two years of prior receptionist experience are preferred. The qualified candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and must be capable to work independently and prioritize multiple projects in this busy office. A background check and drug screen are required. EOE

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
