Base salary in the $50,000 to $70,000 range

Their customer base includes the automotive industry, precision machining, electrical and mechanical components manufacturing as well as the medical and precision optics fields. Expansion creates and opportunity for a career oriented individual to join them in the role of Proposal Engineer. Working from the North American headquarters located in the Indianapolis area, one of the primary functions of this position will be to support the North American sales force by providing technical proposals and machine quotations.
In terms of your previous background, the position is well suited to an Engineering graduate with some experience in CNC machining applications including tooling, work holding and programming. As well, once fully conversant with their equipment, you will be called upon to provide technical presentations and customer training as part of the customer support services they provide. The work may involve some domestic as well as international travel and represents an opportunity to become part of a premier organization that is a world class provider of CNC machining solutions.
Compensation will be in the $50,000 to $70,000 range to start and is dependent upon your prior experience. In addition, the position provides a full employee benefit package which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short/long term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement and a 401K with matching contributions.
