Property Field Inspector

Currently seeking field inspectors in the following counties:
Fayette, Lamar, Marion, and Pickens.
Duties include:
Verify occupancy and property condition
Take photos of the properties
Conduct exterior/and or interior inspections on properties
Leave door hangers
Complete inspection and turn in by due date
Requirements:
Reliable transportation,
Cellphone
Computer with internet access
Camera
Prior field inspection experience a plus.
Inspections are paid per property.
ALL INSPECTORS WILL BE PAID ON A 1099 as an independent contractor.
