Selected candidate will be responsible for conducting capability studies, control plans, FMEA's, quality plan, cost reduction and root cause analysis, problem solving, ISO certification experience (particularly ISO 9001) and adaptability to working with team/cell concepts. The job accountability will include the reduction of defects, reducing customer complaints and costs analysis primarily. This position will need to ensure that the Quality/Manufacturing processes are capable and controlled which will entail collecting and analyzing data in order to steer corrective/preventive actions.
Requirements:
BS Engineering, Technical or Related Field, Six Sigma Certification a plus. A minimum of 3-5 years of Quality manufacturing analysis/problem solving. Skills required include TQM tools, SPC, FMEA's, Capability Studies, Control Plans, ISO 9001. Must have concise written and oral communication skills and above average organizational and problem-solving skills and PC savvy to develop and maintain spreadsheets and familiarity with project software.
Responsibilities:
Meeting stated objectives for assigned area(s) of responsibility; Handling customer quality issues; Ensuring processes are capable and controlled; Collect and analyze data in order to steer corrective/preventative actions; Participate in maintaining ISO registration; Project Coordination; Leading root cause and corrective action teams for internal and external problems. Assist in planning and qualification of any capital investments; and Perform Gage R&R studies.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
