Summary:
Accountable for increasing target market revenue and market share across one or many operating groups. Responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive, market focused sales and marketing strategy that supports the Corporation's Win Strategy.

Provides leadership for a single or multiple groups/divisions and multiple product lines for cross-division/group systems sales. Interacts with current and prospective customers, trade associations, all group and division staff. This position leads an organization of managers and empowered employees to continuously meet customer expectations. Regularly updates the Parker Management Committee on the strategic issues affecting the target market, OEM customers and distribution.
Has direct responsibility for managing the Global target market and OEM sales team. Has responsibility for global development and coordination of Global account executives and Global account growth and direction.
Essential Functions:
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for setting the strategic direction in the target market. Through an extensive understanding of the Corporate business plan, will utilize a disciplined approach to coordinate sales with accounting/finance, product planning and divisional operations to meet customer expectations and group profitability expectations.
Responsible for managing the target market forecast across all operating groups. Will be proficient in understanding and promoting product applications across all existing and new technologies.
Through leadership, establishes and maintains premier customer service at all times.
Accountable for ensuring sales forecast align with operational requirements. Must have the ability to quickly identify changing customer requirements and follow through with corresponding strategies.
Provides strategic vision and leadership to sales employees to leverage the diversified power of Parker. Enables the strategic pricing of products to maximize profitability within the divisions.
Responsible for directing the sales teams to maintain/increase sales volume and margin with existing and new accounts/markets and distributors. Accountable for motivating and offering on-going direction to staff executing sales goals.
Accountable for strategically seeking out and maintaining strong distribution channels and distributors to promote Parker products for maximum market penetration. Manages the network to ensure maximum profitability for multiple groups. Pursues new business and partnering alliances. Recommends and makes appropriate changes where applicable.
Provides leadership by promoting team concepts, diversity/EEO opportunity, coaching, counseling, mentoring, training, talent/succession management, and individual development. Promotes and encourages the development of people to insure leadership continuity.
Reviews and rewards employees using Parker Strategy Deployment to ensure they are consistently and competitively paid for attainment of results. Responsible for structuring incentive plans that motivate, challenge and reward the team within Corporate and Group structures.
Constructs, implements and controls the global sales business plan including promotional/advertising budgets and overall employee expenses. Also is a contributor to the groups' marketing plans developed by the groups and division marketing executive.
Develop strong platform engineering services for OEMs globally.
Job Requirements :
Qualifications:
Thorough knowledge of management and marketing principles, industry practices, company and competitor products, technology, and service capabilities
Ability to execute at all levels of the Win Strategy
Knowledge of business and operational processes, proposal development, contract negotiations, and program management
Able to perform each essential function with a high level of expertise, having 10-15 years executive sales and marketing experience
Management in the multicultural global market is preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead people and obtain results through others typically acquired through ten or more years of increasing experience and responsibility including prior leadership and/or program management role.
Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem solving/resolution skills and a team focus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively and persuasively present information to top management, customers, and employees.
A Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or business discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
