The primary responsibility of this post is to coordinate marketing and communications activities around the events for the organization as well as direct coordination of activities to prepare for the events and occasions. Events Coordinator will be answerable for developing the event using flyers, snail mail, cold calling, and social media as examples of ways to spark attention. It is the accountability of the Events Coordinator to supervise staff responsible for event coordination activities. The person will also examine event performance and prepare metrics presentation. She/he will work with guest of honor/VIPs to ensure all requests are fulfilled.
