What will I be doing?
A Restaurant Reservations Agent with Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Suites is responsible to act as an ambassador of the hotel by providing information about food and beverage outlets and hotel services, offering a wide selection of alternatives for guest satisfaction:
Greet guests immediately by phone, e-mail and in person with a friendly and sincere welcome. Responds to inquires with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation, menus, reservations, etc, according to individual needs. Arranges and confirms busines and dining activities both inside and outside the hotel. Promptly responds to guest special requests.
Assists in marketing and promotion of Food & Beverage division and hotel.
Other Information
Must be able to work in a flexible 24/7 work environment.
