In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager will execute Sales Associates and assigns responsibilities. Assistant Manager is responsible for providing quality customer service by greeting each customer in a prompt and timely manner. The position holder will support in conducting inventory, placing orders and processing merchandise received. This individual will be expected for attending monthly Managers Meeting in the Absence of the Store Manager and conducting weekly Price Surveys of competition. To make sure that the store is operating according to company policies/procedures and standards, is also the job function for this post.
