The Supply Chain Compliance Specialist executes the corporate and BU specific Supply Chain strategic vision related to compliance policies and procedures. Includes reporting responsibilities to internal and external customers related to compliance and audit support. Responding to SCM audit findings, corrective actions and other inquiries related to SCM policies and procedures. Addressing operational policy, procedural and training needs to ensure the BU maintains a fully compliant and US government-approved procurement system. Monitoring, developing and delivering effective operational policies and procedures and training SCM and Buying community on same. Providing guidance to the Supply Chain community and focusing on continuous improvement of global systems. Serving as a liaison for US governmental agencies including FAA, DCMA, DCAA, SBA and other audit agencies and customers as required. Coordinating the DCMA Government Source Inspection Program. Coordinating Supplier data collection projects such as the US Government Annual Certification and Representation document and the DDTC registration information. Acting as a primary resource for SCM personnel in assessing and evaluating business changes and the impact on the current systems. Creating required procedural changes to correct identified deficiencies or improve processes and procedures. Acting as an ethical model for SCM on compliance issues related to conflicts of interest and business risk assessment. Using ACE tools and processes to establish, improve, and/or implement standard work and procedures. Providing routine training on internal and external compliance issues, policies and procedures.
