Requirements:
o Two years of experience operating a processor.
o Competent, qualified, and be able to work independently and/or as a team member.
o Safely and competently process stems on and off the road under various yarding systems while being able to safely and competently operate the processor on various slopes and soils.
o Perform and assist on equipment inspections and fully supporting and participating in preventative maintenance procedures and routine maintenance repairs as they develop.
o Capability to fill all processing responsibilities to include the ability to process/manufacture and sort stems to the required standards, implement new operating software developments, quickly respond to different bucking directions as market change, and required record keeping.
o Fulfill all shovel loader responsibilities and record keeping including the ability to load logs to the required standards and fully utilize trucks through dispatch to maximize the number of loads per truck, per day.
o High school diploma or equivalent.
