Experienced EE that will work in Intelligence, Surveillance , and Reconnaissance (ISR) division of BAE. In this position, the candidate will support various programs in the development and fielding of Signal Intelligence systems.
Minimum Qualifications is any of the following:
Education:

Bachelors Degree

NOTE: When a degree is required, one in the subject closest to the field of work is preferred.

AND
Licenses, Certifications, Special Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an Engineeering or Scientific field or equivalent experience
Employees in California must have a Bachelor's degree in the applicable field, or an applicable certification, equivalent certificate or any required license. Equivalent experience will not be considered.

I. BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
To lead major projects, make unique individual technical contributions and perform research, staff and consulting assignments of a professional electrical engineering nature where highly diversified knowledge of engineering principles, theories, concepts, precedents and practices are necessary to successfully accomplish general goals and objectives.

II. PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities: (Duties and responsibilities which occupy a major portion of time and importance in the job. Incumbent(s) perform one or more of the following duties.)
1. Plans, schedules, and leads major projects or makes unique individual technical contributions where extensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles is necessary.
2. Conducts research in areas that require extensive expertise and knowledge in areas of specialization and related fields.
3. Serves as organization consultant to division and group management and customers on advanced technical research problems, studies and applications.
4. Evaluates plans and criteria for a variety of technical activities and recommends alternatives as required to comply with customer and company obligations.
5. Receives assignments in terms of broadly stated engineering problems or objectives; formulates own plans; has considerable freedom of action in the execution of assignment and reports progress at intervals.
6. Determines specific problems; establishes technical approach, selects and pursues courses of action necessary to explore subject area and obtain required results; aids in developing systems philosophy and design objectives. May lead major segments of large proposals.
7. Develops new techniques and approaches to be employed in solving problems
8. Leads a technical team, reviewing and coordinating work of team members to ensure progress is maintained to achieve specified aims; interprets and directs the preparation of data for reports on technical findings, recommendations, accomplishments and progress measured against specific plans
9. Maintains knowledge in areas of specialization and all related fields. May represent company at technical forums and meetings or publish in technical and scientific journals.
10. Mentors less experienced engineers. Shares knowledge and experience with them. Provides technical and behavioral guidance to help steer them through difficult issues
11. Performs special assignments upon request of supervision

III. SUPERVISION:
A. Responsibilities for Work of Others
Typically provides daily work direction to other employees on a regular basis. Frequently mentors peers and more junior engineers in areas of expertise as required by job assignment.
B. Supervision Received
Receives limited direction. Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in technical areas. Exercises considerable judgement in determining objectives. Completed work is reviewed from a relatively long-term perspective for desired results

May have frequent outside contact with customers, other contractors and government officials.

May suggests expense items for department budget. May provide input to proposal cost estimates.
Required Skills and Education
Required education: Master Degree
Experience in EE design, VHDL design and DSP algorithms

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
