The Quality Analyst is responsible for supporting and organizing core quality related activities including cost of poor business quality, discrepancy review team actions, corrective action boards, escape management, and continuous improvement DIVEs. Duties include but are not limited to:Data MiningConducting independent analysis of Discrepancy and COPBQ data to support improvement actions and problem solving by Quality Engineers.Extract monthly raw SRR data from the GL and process to create the monthly Global Supplier Chargeback report. Supply monthly file for Quality Engineer review, and track accepted chargebacks. Perform ad hoc SRR analysis, QE requests, and FOD data from multiple sources and update monthly SGH-PA site SRR metric chart and program SRR master spreadsheet.Calculate program DRs per 1,000 Labor Hours and DR processing time metrics.Perform ACE Core Quality cell Dashboard metric reporting, including Customer Escapes and Customer Acceptance, DRT Flowtime, and COPBQ.Report P & P metrics to Stratford Program Quality.Record, track and provide analysis for Customer Acceptance and Hangar Shake data for all Quality ResponsibilitiesGenerate standard reports at specified intervals (monthly/weekly) including: position boards, supplier quality discrepancy trends, DRT quantity and aging, DRT discrepancy trends, DRT corrective actions, and SRR trend reports.Serve as Core Quality SharePoint site administrator.Create Hi-Vis package documents and update slide content based on documents provided by Quality Engineers and HiVis escape owners.Develop & update standard work packages.Support and develop Quality Engineering function presentations for CCAB, PCAB, Mini-CAB, SBR, QBR, Customer Escapes, Quality Staff Meeting, and other required meetings.Review Quality Engineering processes for ITAR compliance gate reviews.Participate in continuous improvement DIVEs to improve processes and reduce as project manager to ensure cross-functional SRR and DR reduction activities are completed per schedule by leading weekly status update ACE, 6S, SIPOC, MFA, process robustness review, Silver Assessment actions, co-pilot.Perform other duties as assigned.
