Description/Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide service to plant associates and maintenance through the distribution of supplies; to provide the support necessary to ensure supplies are available at all times.
HOURS:
Sun 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Mon 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Tues 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Wed 6 a.m. - 12 p.m
Responsibilities/Duties
Wait on the service window, distribute supplies, provide information, complete all paperwork, resolve problems, provide assistance (must use good customer service skills)
Data entry, input purchase orders, input withdrawals, enter receiving, general office duties, including but not limited to filing.
Provide support to ensure availability of supplies, count inventory, write purchase orders, physically receive in shipments (must be able to lift 50lbs), unpack and put away incoming freight, requires the ability to use a hand cart and carton knives.
Pick up supplies at local vendors as required.
Maintain the parts room inventory, organize, clean and count inventory in area assigned.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Required Skills
Excellent data entery skills required; inventory control and or/customer service experience a plus. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Required Experience
6
months of one job in the past 3 years.
Required Education
High school diploma or GED

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
