Key Position Activities:
Proactively tweak and steer adjustments to company vision and direction and encourage employees to stay positive during such transitions.
Inspire Directer level team members including MD's and Ph.D's toward a common purpose and build confident in the direction company is headed.
Regularly communicate vision to internal team, customers and other external stakeholders.
Maintain focus on company objectives, workflow transformation and role changes.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
MBA or similar advanced business degree
Specialized training in scientific project management and organizational transformation mapping.
Early career experience with major management consulting firm such as McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group, Bain, Booz, Accenture, IMS Health, etc.
Track record in Change Agent role with large corporate culture at a high management level.
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for individual building reputation as a senior level change agent and potential executive leader as it is high visible within and without the company especially with outside Key Opinion and Key Thought Leaders in the Therapeutic Drug Arena, Medical Care Delivery Community and Healthcare Financing Institutions.
