Job Description
BROAD FUNCTION:To plan, organize and coordinate daily work goals and measure performance of assigned areas. Provide opportunities for employees to reach their highest level of personal and technical excellence. As a member of management staff, represents the company in a dedicated, professional manner. Is responsible for contributing to the achievement of total customer satisfaction by providing high quality and timely service to all internal and external customers.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Staffing the Manufacturing area accordingly by utilizing capacity analysis tools.
Work with Operations and Engineering to develop training plans for new processes & product.
Assign tasks to leaders to ensure projects move through process.
Review and approve time and attendance for direct reports.
Support as required various personnel related activities such as interviewing, employees relations, training and performance development.
Create, monitor and conduct employee training as needed.
Create and update training materials as required.
Work with Planner and 1stShift Supervisor to coordinate manufacturing schedule. Facilitate execution of master schedule through leaders
Initiate and support process improvement activities in support of department goals and objectives.
Establish, monitor and communicate department measures.
Develop, Compile and communicate department reports and metrics with guidance from Operations Manager.
Direct supervision in charge of performance management and development of employees.
Work to develop customer relationships through collaboration, respect, professionalism, trust and integrity.
Listen to and understand customer requirements and take prompt, appropriate action that exceeds expectations.
Take personal ownership of internal and external customer issues and follow through to ensure a lasting service impression.
Support employee training on handling hazardous waste, chemicals and ensure all safety precautions are in place and being followed.
Comply with and support all department and corporate policies and procedures, included but not limited to Affirmative Action/EEO regulations, safety, security, and ESD.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Must have ability to understand operation and key performance parameters, as well as the processes and materials used to manufacture responsible products.
Excellent computer skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint and MRP systems.
Required Experience
Associate or Bachelor degree inmanagement or a technical fieldand 3-5 year s technical experience.
1-2 years of successful supervisory experience in Manufacturing environment. Additional Requirements:
Must be eligible to work on defense and satellite programs subject to ITAR Regulations. Therefore, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident ('Green Card').

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
